Zenon Radewych 2026 Finalist

Principal at WZMH

WZMH

Architect Zenon Radewych refuses to accept the status quo. In 2017, he founded WZMH’s research and development lab, Sparkbird, which focuses on smart building technologies. He spearheaded the development of the firm’s prefabrication-modular-offsite construction sector with the invention of the Intelligent Structural Panel (ISP) and was even one of the founders of Giraffe, a software tool that unifies mapping, modelling, and analytics in one platform, turning weeks of work into hours. In his role as Principal at WZMH, Zenon brings specialist expertise that teams can act on—reducing risk and strengthening outcomes. He also leads the firm’s high technology sector, focusing on mission-critical buildings, such as data centers. Colleagues say he’s a tireless tinkerer who’s been instrumental in spawning countless innovations. It’s that mix of skill, follow-through, and team-first impact that earned Zenon a spot among this year’s Site Service Awards finalists. Colleagues say he provides clear advice, strong follow-through, and an ability to simplify complexity. Teams value the way Zenon simplifies complexity and stays responsive, helping decisions happen faster and with confidence.
