He has also helped spearhead efforts to introduce Dowel Laminate Timber to the Canadian market. Lucas keeps design intent and buildability aligned, helping teams avoid rework and protect schedules. In addition to pushing forward award-winning projects, like an 80m (265 ft) clear span footbridge in Banff, Lucas is introducing new technology to Canada and helping lead one of the most sophisticated mass timber operations in the nation.
