Krystle Seed has been promoted to Chief Financial and Strategic Services Officer.
Rear Admiral (Retired) Steven Waddell, CMM, MSM, has been appointed Deputy National Director, Defence and Federal Government Relations at PCL Construction, effective October 20, 2025. Based in Ottawa, he will provide strategic leadership across PCL’s Canadian Buildings and Civil Infrastructure divisions, leveraging his 35+ years of distinguished service in the Canadian Armed Forces.
Justin Ferreira has been appointed Vice President, Modular Solutions at ATCO Structures, where he will lead the company’s team of industry experts.

Michelle Sotomayor has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Development, at Conwest Developments. She brings nearly two decades of experience in Metro Vancouver real estate and has been with Conwest since 2014.
Sally Morse, CEO of Spectra Supply, has been named the Calgary Construction Association’s 2025 Person of the Year in recognition of her leadership, vision, and lasting impact on the construction industry. Through her initiative, she spearheaded the creation of the CCA Adopt-a-Shop program, bridging the gap between industry and education.
Mike McSweeney is retiring as Executive Director of OSSGA, concluding his tenure effective November 14, 2025, after two years of strengthening the industry’s standing with government and developing a strategy to protect and guide the cement, road building and aggregate industry.
Matt Dalkie is now Senior Director – Industrial Decarbonization and Sustainability at the Cement Association of Canada.

Norm Streu, Harper Grey lawyer, has been appointed Chair of the Kalesnikoff Advisory Board. Kalesnikoff is a North American leader in mass timber manufacturing and recently opened a $35M modular mass timber facility.

Michael Cecchini P. Eng., PMP has been promoted to Manager, Construction Management at RAM. Since joining RAM in 2019, Mike has led major projects across municipal infrastructure, pipeline, energy, and First Nations developments, including the Glenbrook Sewer Replacement Project, Metro Vancouver’s Capilano Raw Water Pump Station Backup Power Installation, and the Trans Mountain Expansion project.
