WSP announces four finance leadership appointments: Ben Holland as CFO for WSP in Canada; Miles Barnard as CFO for WSP in the U.S.; Matthew Fleming as CFO for WSP in New Zealand; and Dhiraj Saran as Finance Director for WSP’s Global Capability Centre in India.

Ryan Kuntz has joined PCL Edmonton Buildings & Civil as Operations Manager. He returns to Edmonton after more than two decades with PCL, including time in Calgary, and succeeds Ben Wagemakers, who is transferring to PCL Saskatoon.

Sara Wadlow has been appointed Senior Vice President & National Director Structures at Egis in Canada, effective July 6, 2026. Based in Calgary, she will lead the firm’s Transportation Structures division.

Ryan Jagger is stepping down from his role as Vice President of Real Estate Finance at Anthem Properties after nine years with the company.

Erin Kowalchuk has been promoted to Chief of Staff at Falkbuilt, where she will support CEO Mogens Smed and President Thom Hinton. With over 25 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, Erin will oversee critical corporate services and lead the Concierge team.

Shane Ulmer has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer at The RMC Group of Companies.

Joseph Lenz has joined Graham’s building’s division where he will be leading a 50-storey tower and community hub project in Burnaby. 

David Garcia will become the new General Manager of Vancouver Pile Driving.

Greg Northcott has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Allnorth Consultants, effective August 17, 2026. Greg brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across Canada’s engineering, construction, and environmental services sectors. 

Kevin George has been promoted to lead EXP’s Major Projects sector. In his expanded role, he will oversee major pursuits strategy, market growth, client engagement and project delivery across transportation, transit, energy and critical infrastructure markets.

Quinton Lewko has joined Technica as Area Manager for the Saskatoon office. With more than 15 years of underground potash mining experience, Quinton brings expertise in leadership, safety, operational excellence, and team building.

Geoff Schmidtler has been promoted to Director, Preconstruction & Project Delivery at Weston Manufacturing.

Jennifer Krochak is now Chief Projects Officer for Egis in Canada.

Cian Joseph Grant is starting a new position as Senior Proposal Coordinator at Ledcor.

Prab Sekhon, P.Eng., has been promoted from Project Manager to Director of Construction at Seko Construction’s Vancouver office.

AtkinsRéalis has appointed Steve Vincent as Global Market Lead – Power. Based in Dubai, he joins from Jacobs with more than 20 years of international power-sector experience.

Onne van der Weijde has been appointed Chair of the CarbonCure Technologies Board after serving as vice chair since 2025 and director since 2024. He succeeds William Holden.
