Jason Braun has been appointed Manager, Infrastructure Delivery – RBT2 at Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, where he will focus on commercial aspects of the Landmass and Wharf contract.

Shane O’Donnell, Principal and COO of TYBO Contracting, has announced plans to step down after 20 years at the company. A founding partner of TYBO, O’Donnell says he is currently planning his next career move. 

Arliss Szysky has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Stantec’s infrastructure business for North America. She succeeds Susan Walter, who will now focus on leading major projects, growing key client relationships and mentoring young engineers.

Kurt Knebel has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer for Pulice, a FlatironDragados company. 

Colin Doran is stepping into a new role as EVP & COO at Finnegan Marshall after 28 years with Altus Group.

Ghyslain Deschamps has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at EBC, effective April 15, 2026, succeeding Marie‑Claude Houle who has served in the role since 1999.

Richard Walker has announced his retirement later this year after leading XL Construction and guiding its integration with Graham.

Peter Jonkman has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer at Keller Construction Ltd., effective April 10, 2026. Tim Coghlan, who previously held the CEO role, transitions to Chairman.

Jeremy Reeds has been promoted to CEO at Windmill Development Group. Jonathan Westeinde transitions to Executive Chair, and Adam Molson joins as Partner, Development.

Jesse Funnell has been promoted to President at The Crossing Company

Brian Calcagno has started a new position as Manager, Industry Partnerships at Procore Technologies.

Marco Cusano has started a new position as Technical Service Group Chair – Municipal Engineering at McElhanney.

Jenna Andrews has joined SitePartners as Communications and Engagement Manager.

Chris Gillard has been appointed Vice President at SiteTalent, bringing extensive experience in the industrial sector and a proven track record of leadership and building high-performing teams.

Matthew Forezli has been appointed Vice President, Real Estate Development and Construction at Sienna Senior Living.

Darryl Harrison has been appointed President and CEO of the Winnipeg Construction Association, effective June 1, 2026. Harrison previously served as Director of Stakeholder Engagement at the organization.

Mark Schildroth has been appointed Senior Director, Corporate Affairs at Aecon.

Daniel Marinovic is now Managing Director at PwC Canada.

Rami Khazen is now Director within the Development Advisory at Altus Group.

Shital Khamar has been promoted to Director of Pre-Construction at Pomerleau.

Industra Construction has announced three leadership promotions: Nelson Rodriguez to District Manager, Western District; Austin Lee to District Manager, Eastern District; and Tomas Dapkus to Field Operations Manager. The three bring combined experience of over 65 years in construction, field operations, and project management.

Chandler Brooks has been promoted to Senior Director, Industry Partnerships & Field Marketing at Procore Technologies.

Wendy C. Macdonald has been promoted to National Sustainability & Carbon Leader at RJC Engineers.

Tina Khan has started a new role as Director, Strategy and Performance at SkilledTradesBC.

Stephane Pereira Leonardo has been appointed Vice-President, Major Projects at Pomerleau.

Luke MacKinnon has joined Kalesnikoff as Director of Sales & Marketing, bringing his expertise in the mass timber and modular construction space to the company.

Meredith Adler has joined BC Hydro as the Senior Government Relations and Policy Specialist.

Kevin Riederer, Principal at RJC Engineers, has been appointed President of the Structural Engineers Association of British Columbia (SEABC).

Richard Ratac has joined Bird Infrastructure as Senior Estimator. With 25 years of industry experience, he brings deep expertise in delivering strong results on complex projects.

David Bhamjee has been appointed Vice President, Strategy at Build Canada Homes. He brings deep experience in economic development, sustainable finance, and organizational strategy.

Matt Hill has joined PCL Construction’s Ottawa District as Business Development Manager. He brings nearly 30 years of industry experience and over 20 years in project delivery and business development within the Ottawa market.

Catherine Royer has joined EBC Inc. as Project Director, bringing her expertise to support the company’s ambitious project initiatives.

Tony McCadden has been promoted to Vice President, Major Projects, at Jacob Bros Construction. He has been with the company for more than 10 years. 

Doug Rennie is now Heavy Construction Manager at Meraki Resources where he will build out Major Projects construction capabilities to support upcoming transmission and infrastructure work. 

Thurber Engineering has announced leadership promotions across its three regions: Weiss Mehdawi, Cory Smith, and Paul Evans have been named Vice Presidents and Regional Managers for Ontario, Prairies, and B.C. respectively.

Tahltan Nation Development Corporation (TNDC) announces the promotion of Gavin Day to HEO Training Superintendent and Jennifer Hanak to Vice President, People & Safety.

Blake Christian has joined Graham as Executive Vice President, Buildings US. Based in Seattle, Blake brings more than 30 years of experience leading complex building operations across North America.

Allnorth Consultants Limited has promoted Wesley Lennon and Duncan Taylor to Vice President. Wes becomes VP Operations, Infrastructure while Duncan becomes VP Operations, Industrial.

Raza Azizi has transitioned from Viola Ready Mix Inc. to Atom Materials Inc. as General Manager.

Paul Bordignon has joined Site Scan Inc. as Chief Operating Officer, where he will lead all field operations.

Shawn Rohleder is starting a new position as Project Director at Axiom Builders.

Russel Lolacher is celebrating 15 years with the BC Ministry of Transportation and Transit and 3 years as Product Director for DriveBC Modernization.

Dawn Paquette has been appointed Chief Information Officer at Turner Construction, bringing over three decades of technology leadership experience. 

Janine Grossmann has been appointed Senior Director, Business Development, Architecture + Design (A+D) at B+H Architects. She will lead Interior Design business development across the firm’s Toronto and Vancouver studios.
