As Partner and Director of Digital Practice at Fast + Epp, Tobias Fast is advancing the firm’s legacy of structural innovation. Drawing on experience in New York, London, Germany, and Vancouver, he leads the integration of engineering, digital optimization, and automation—driving efficiency and creativity in hybrid and mass-timber design. Since becoming a partner in 2023, he has overseen landmark projects such as the $150 million Williams College Art Museum and the $230 million Harry Jerome Recreation Centre in North Vancouver.
