As CEO of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada, Tania Johnston is shaping a stronger, more inclusive future for the mechanical contracting industry. The first woman to lead the association in its 100+ year history, she has grown MCAC to represent more than 800 firms while championing workforce development, middle management training, and student engagement. A passionate advocate for women in trades and mental health support, Johnston leads with humility and impact—bringing contractor voices to national policy discussions and ensuring the sector is equipped for the challenges ahead.
