• Nexii has developed Nexiite, a polymer concrete that replaces high-carbon concrete and steel, enabling rapid assembly of sustainable buildings.
• Its team has demonstrated the feasibility of circularity by deconstructing and reassembling an early-design showroom, diverting over 99% of waste from landfills.
• Via Nexii’s Integrated Technology Partner (ITP) program, they combine world-leading technologies from ITPs including Pella, Honeywell, Siemens, Rycom, Modern Niagara and Trane to create net positive buildings that are disaster resilient and generate more energy than they use.
