The whole Story:
Engineering and construction services firm Allnorth Consultants Limited has named Greg Northcott, CPA, CMA, as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective August 17, 2026. Bringing over 25 years of executive experience across Canada’s engineering, construction, and environmental services industries, Northcott steps into the role to drive Allnorth’s market expansion, project delivery, and financial performance.
Northcott joins Allnorth following his tenure as CEO of Egis Canada, where he oversaw major corporate integrations, expanded the firm’s project backlog, and directed long-term strategic growth. His executive background also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at WSP Canada—where he managed national operations and execution margins—as well as senior leadership roles at MasTec Canada and AECOM Canada.
Former CEO Bob Kroeger will transition his focus to serving as CEO of parent entity Allnorth Global Consultants Inc. In this role, Kroeger will work alongside Northcott in an advisory capacity to maintain corporate continuity and strategic alignment.
“I am incredibly honoured to join Allnorth and excited for the opportunity to work alongside our talented team and valued clients,” Northcott said in a news release. “I look forward to building on the company’s strong foundation, deep expertise, and client-focused culture as we continue to grow, deliver exceptional results, and realize our full potential together.”
Kroeger added that Northcott’s track record makes him the right leader for the firm’s next phase. “His leadership, vision, and deep understanding of our industry make him the ideal person to lead Allnorth into its next chapter,” Kroeger said.

Founded in 1995, Allnorth provides multidisciplinary engineering, project management, and construction services across Canada and the United States, serving clients in metals and mining, energy, renewables, forestry, and civil infrastructure.
