Travis Parker, principal and engineer at co-elevate, has significantly grown the company from nine employees and $1 million in revenue to 38 employees and revenues greater than $6 million. With a bachelor of engineering science from Western University and professional engineer registration in Ontario and Nunavut, Travis has been instrumental in numerous prominent projects over the past 15 years, including those using advanced materials like mass timber. In less than five years, his leadership has more than sextupled the company’s success while innovating with a new work culture focusing on employee well-being, limiting overtime, and implementing agile project delivery, reducing staff stress and achieving zero turnover in nearly two years.
