Over 15 years, Graeme Langdon has progressed from project coordinator to operations director, delivering award-winning water, wastewater, energy, and industrial projects. Currently, he is a core leader of the $1.3-billion Union Station Enhancement Project, Canada’s first Alliance contract. A licensed professional engineer with a degree in engineering and management, he co-lead’s Alberici’s Career Training mentorship program, has reduced team turnover to nearly zero, and has pioneered value-for-money strategies saving our projects more than $100 million. Graeme mentors students, chairs development programs across Ontario and is recognized for his people-first culture, and innovative approach to collaborative delivery.
