With over 15 years of experience in estimating, project management, operations, sales and executive leadership, he is a strong advocate for a people-first culture. Dane invests in emerging technologies such as point cloud scanning, digital measurement and advanced robotics, and he founded Maxan Academy to help develop the next generation of construction leaders. He’s also committed to women-in-construction initiatives, has introduced company-wide safety days, and supports numerous charitable events.
