As innovation director for the Americas, Anton Ricafort is a key part of keeping Acciona’s operations on the cutting edge. With 15 years of global experience, Anton has become integral to fostering innovation, talent development and sustainable infrastructure practices. Anton recently orchestrated the company’s inaugural North America Innovation Awards, engaging over 70 employees from the region to devise creative solutions enhancing operational efficiency. As a key contributor to redesigning Acciona’s co-op program, he continually helps develop emerging talent.
